Our Team & Leadership

Pastor Harton and his lovely wife are from the Philippine Islands. They have a heart for people; you will always find them with a big smile and warm greeting.

Our early ministries have been teaching and nurturing youth and young adults, mentoring future ministers, and empowering them in faith to be the light in this world.

We love multicultural.

We believe in building a church where anybody pwill feel safe, loved & connected despite of race and nationality.

Children's Ministry

Children are a heritage from the Lord.We have interactive Sunday school for kids to learn the bible, sing songs, and nurture them to grow in love of the lord.

Youth Ministry

Outreach events weekly.

Connects youth through activities, youth focused services, and enhance their talent by involving them in church.

Ladies Ministry

Monthly activities to provide fellowship, a time of prayer, and strengthening each other through home Bible studies and visitations.

Music Ministry

Lead the congregation through a powerful and anointed Worship set every Sunday that brings people closer to God and opens their hearts for a might move of his spirit.

Our vision is to be a 21st Century Apostolic church that teaches and operates in the fullness and power of God’s Word accompanied with the demonstration of the Holy Ghost. We are to heal the broken-hearted, raise up the sick, deliver the captives, recover sight to the blind, and worship in Spirit and in Truth.

What we believe

Refuge of Hope is a Pentecostal church founded on the first church birthed in the Book of Acts. We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God.

We believe there is only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4). He is the creator of heaven and earth. He has revealed Himself as the Father (Creator), as the Son (Savior), and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit).

We believe in water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. Through baptism we identify with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Acts 2:38

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the initial sign of speaking in other tongues. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Acts 2:4

We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Ghost. God ministers to His people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, and healings. Mark 16:15-18, Acts 5:16:2, 2 Corinthians 12:1-11
